433 Football Academy is a full-time elite football programme for players aged 16–23, based in Staffordshire, England. Since 2022 we've developed more than 300 players and helped place them with professional clubs across the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. Our alumni now play in more than 30 countries.
Our coaches have played and coached at the highest level, with backgrounds at Arsenal, Stoke City, Wolves, Manchester United and the USA national youth teams. Players train five days a week with UEFA-qualified coaches and play two competitive games a week across four elite youth leagues, including the National Youth Football League. Professional club scouts attend our matches. Last season we became the first academy to win the Superlions League and Cup double, and this season our U16s have already lifted the Shrewsbury Town U16 Showcase Cup.
Education matters just as much here. Players on the 16 to 19 programme study alongside their football. The education programme is delivered and managed by Virtual Learning UK (VLUK), who are accredited by the Department for Education to deliver it. Find out more at www.vluk.org.
Players join us from more than 18 countries. International players study through our partner college, who sponsor their student visas, and we support them with airport transfers and our purpose-built student residence. Wherever you're from, if you're serious about the game, this is where your pathway starts.
